This is a high quality cutting board, made from Walnut, Maple and Cocobolo (smells like chocolate when cut) measuring in at 12" x 18" x 2" with clear rubberized feat for stability. If you are looking for a cutting board with ample cutting area this is the one for you. Can be used for any event; from a cheese board at the next cocktail party to being the centerpiece at your next Holiday dinner. The cutting board soaked in food-grade mineral oil for 6 minutes, then was allowed to air dry for 24 hours before applying a coat of Odie's oil for long-lasting luster as well as protection.
